Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F or 190C
Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise and then each half in three equal parts.
Lay the bell pepper strips on a baking sheet in a single layer with the insides facing up.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet and add water and seasoning.
Turn off the heat and add corn, black beans to the skillet and mix.
Fill the bell pepper strips with the mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Put them in the oven until the cheese has melted.
Serve while warm and enjoy!
