Start by making the dressing by combining the greek yoghurt, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, chives, parsley and dille in a jar. Leave it in the fridge while preparing the salad.
Cut the chicken breast in small pieces and cook it in a skillet until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lay the lettuce leaves in a bowl, followed by the corn, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes and avocado. Lastly top it off with the chicken breast and finish it with the homemade dressing. Enjoy!
