Season chicken breast with the seasonings listed above. Add avocado oil and rub it all in.
Cook the chicken breasts in a high-heat pan until it is cooked all the way through and transfer them to a plate.
Add the ingredients the sauce together and mix them well.
Add the sauce to a hot pan with some minced garlic. Bring it to a boil and and simmer until the sauce is thick. Add the zest of an orange, some fresh dill and then add the chicken breasts back to the sauce in the pan.
Simmer for one minute.
Serve it on top of hot cooked Jasmin rice and then spoon the sauce over the top. Add some green vegetables like broccoli or asparagus next to it and enjoy!
