Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and cook them with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven for 30 minutes or in a pan for just a few minutes.
Slice your baguette on a slight diagonal into 10 pieces. Top it with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and put it in the preheated oven for the last 10 minutes.
Cut open the burrata, chop it up and put it on the bread with the baked tomatoes and fresh basil.
Finish with some balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
