Slice the banan in half lengthwise and peel off the skin. Bake it until it starts looking golden brown and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Lay the banana in such way that you form a circle in the middle. Pour the coconut yoghurt in there.
Sprinkle the cacao nibs, granola and fruit on top.
Finish it with the heated peanut butter and enjoy!
